- A streamlined, hybrid learning experience is now in place
- Same comprehensive training—now more accessible than ever
This new structure maintains our high standards while giving busy healthcare professionals like you the flexibility to train and certify on your terms. Students will participate in LIVE interactive lectures, dynamic peer discussions, and explore evidence-based research that deepens clinical understanding and critical thinking. This is followed by high-impact, hands-on one-day workshop intentionally designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice—empowering students to step into their roles with confidence, clarity, and real-world competence. These immersive sessions offer the opportunity to master evidence-based comfort techniques through lifelike labor simulations, including positioning, touch therapy, and movement strategies proven to enhance the birth experience.
Participants will also take part in strategic role-playing scenarios that strengthen critical communication skills—both with clients and interdisciplinary care teams—ensuring seamless collaboration, trauma-informed advocacy, and professional poise in real-world birth environments.
These workshops are not just educational—they are transformative. Prepare to step into any birth space with confidence, clarity, and competence.
Upon successful completion of this advanced training, participants will emerge with enhanced clinical and interpersonal skills that elevate their ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
This course is more than professional development—it’s a paradigm shift in how providers engage with birthing individuals and their support systems. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of the doula’s essential role, learning how to collaborate seamlessly with doulas at the bedside to create safer, more satisfying, and culturally attuned birth experiences.
